Full-Time Training, Héctor Barraza Osuna

I thank the Lord for His mercy and grace. I was saved in November of 1989 through a friend that invited me to a meeting for young people. Since then, I meet with the local church in the city of Tijuana, Baja California. I was very welcomed by all the young people that were meeting. As I continued coming to the meetings I was invited to local churches in other regions such as in Mexicali, Tecate, Ensenada and San Quintin. I was very impressed and happy to see that in all these places they would practice the same things. My life changed when I saw God's ordained way and all that the Lord Jesus has done for humanity. It was then that I decided to follow the Lord in His ordained way.

In my coming to the Full-Time Training in Anaheim (FTTA) I have learned how to serve the Lord in a more proper way when reading the Bible, when praying, or when preaching the gospel. This is the most marvelous experience in my life thanks to Watchman Nee, Witness Lee, and the faithful brothers in the Lord who are a pattern for me to learn from. When reading the writings of the ministry each day I am more enlightened and I realize how much I need to learn and experience this divine life. I am very happy and encouraged because I am on the way to become a servant of God to God's people with a pure heart with the only interest of pleasing God. Now I am part of a group of three people and we go out every weekend to visit five homes to have a Bible study with each home. I am happy every time I visit them because the ones we visit are very happy and I think God is also happy to fulfill His will, which is that all men would be saved and would come to the full knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4).
